Job summary

WIS International in Fort Smith, AR seeks a Retail Supervisor - Inventory to coach and train Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy and a consistent workflow. You will lead initiatives from the Area Manager, drive operational excellence, and support team engagement while representing the Core Values of the company.

Responsibilities include resolving event-related concerns, delivering results, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years in Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel as needed.

WIS Retail Supervisor - What You Will Do

Team Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
