Job summary

WIS International in Lincoln, NE is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to oversee inventory processes and training, ensuring accuracy and adherence to a clear workflow. You will lead and engage the team as the main point of contact for event-related concerns, while supporting directives from management.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining high standards of customer service, with flexible hours and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• No degree needed; Have no experience or returning to the workforce; Have military experience; Access to reliable transportation
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Team Requirements

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
