Job summary

PUMA is seeking a motivated retail associate in the Denver area to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in our store. You will support management in staffing, scheduling, and payroll control while maintaining merchandise standards and store profitability.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer‑focused retail, strong communication, and a team spirit. This role requires flexibility for weekends and evenings; base pay is competitive with bonus and benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years' experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues, ability to present information to large groups.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs, and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of high performing employees.
• Responsible for payroll control and service driven scheduling to maintain profitability while providing high levels of service.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/ASM.
• Responsible for inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Adhere to Policies & Procedures and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Must work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

The base pay for this position is $21.16 - $23.00 + Bonus + Benefits ( Benefit Summary Full Time )

Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
