Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and broad product/retail knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak/read/write English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead store associates and guide customer interactions to exceed expectations.
