The Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining the in-store sales and service experience, promoting a sales culture within the retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.

Roles And Responsibilities
  1. Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
  2. Connect with in-store clients, develop, and retain a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
  3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric, and intended use of the line.
  4. Participate in and assist with creating effective product and visual merchandising in the store to drive sales and create a positive customer experience.
  5. Assist with store events and CRM activities focused on rewarding repeat business in an approachable manner.
  6. Be entrepreneurial in all aspects of retail, including visual merchandising, sales, marketing, and event coordination.
  7. Provide mentorship to part-time and seasonal client associates.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Applications and POS systems.
  2. Experience with back office operations, visual merchandising, and recruitment/training.
  3. Strong communication skills, ability to manage and mentor a team.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to make independent decisions or escalate when necessary.
  6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Education And Experience
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  2. 1-3 years’ experience in retail store management.
  3. 2 years’ experience in client services.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
  1. Work is performed in a professional office environment.
  2. Extensive use of office equipment including computers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines.
