Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 (U.S.), 16 (U.K.), 17 (Germany/Europe)
• Preferred: 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service skills to ensure customers feel seen and understood
• Ability to learn and train on new products and technologies
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
