Qualifications and Requirements

• Availability must include evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in operating computers, POS systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with discretion.
• Positive attitude contributing to team environment.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to outside weather conditions.
• Age 18 or older, with a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months retail experience, with advanced selling skills and industry knowledge.
