Retail Support

Reports to: Operations Team and Regional Manager

General Summary

As a Retail Support, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth among all sales associates and store operations. You will ensure tasks are completed effectively and contribute to a vibrant culture based on customer trust, respect, integrity, continuous learning, and fun. You will oversee store operations, maintain attention to detail, identify improvements, and communicate barriers to management. Flexibility, prioritization skills, and a passion for learning and customer satisfaction are essential.

Essential Job Functions

  • Open and close store procedures
  • Assist with internal, external, front and back end operations
  • Uphold all company policies, standards, and procedures
  • Perform Store Manager duties in their absence
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop associates
  • Maintain individual sales goals and assist team in achieving sales growth
  • Create fluidity within store departments
  • Stay informed on product information, promotions, and advertisements
  • Understand and execute the customer journey
  • Adhere to all policies, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention
  • Communicate needs, concerns, and feedback to management
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist with SOP creation and modifications
  • Assist with shipments, deliveries, and POS processing
  • Analyze daily sales and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with marketing data capture
  • Anticipate problems and develop solutions
  • Respond promptly to management requests
  • Prepare daily reports and data transmission
  • Distribute information to upper management

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate equipment and perform physical tasks

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, carry, and perform store maintenance tasks
  • Lift boxes up to 55 lbs
  • Climb ladders safely

Expected Hours of Work

  • Full-time position with open availability
  • Work on weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Typical hours between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., Monday to Sunday
  • Travel and occasional overnight shifts may be required

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent guest experiences and product knowledge
  • Perform sales duties and promote customer satisfaction
  • Address customer needs and concerns proactively
