Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Store Supervisor in Logan, UT to oversee Retail Sales Floor activities and, at times, serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility. You will ensure high levels of guest and donor service while enforcing ESGW policies and best practices.
Cross-training across all Goodwill operations is required, and the role demands flexible hours including weekends and evenings, with potential shifts longer than 40 hours per week.
Supervises Retail Sales Floor activities to ensure that goals are met. Will serve, at times, as “Supervisor in Charge” of entire facility. Responsible for assuring a high level of guest and donor service. Must ensure that Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed. Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Must be able to work flexible hours (weekends and evenings a must).
