Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is hiring for an Entry level Supervisor in Charge role focusing on outstanding guest and donor service. You may help supervise retail and production tasks to meet goals, enforce policies, and assist with inventory, reporting, and store readiness.
The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting 20-100 pounds, and working in varied environments. Background checks are required; equal opportunity employer.
At times may be only “Supervisor in Charge” of entire facility. Responsible for assuring a high level of guest and donor service. Assists with supervision of retail and/or production activities to ensure that goals are met in production and sales. Ensure that Easterseals‑Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed. Cross‑training required in all aspects of Goodwill. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Duties include, but are not limited to:
