Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead and train our retail team while upholding store standards and procedures.

You will supervise team members, open/close shifts, handle guest service questions, oversee stocking and POS transactions, and ensure visually appealing displays.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs

• Assist retail management with the daily operations including training new team members and solving customer service questions and concerns

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Pay

$17.00 – $19.00 / hour

More about you
