Job summary

THRIFT TOWN STORES, LLC is seeking a motivated leader to manage day-to-day retail operations and support team performance. You will balance leadership, operational tasks, and customer service to create an excellent shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, oversee scheduling, monitor inventory and store presentation, and help resolve customer concerns while promoting promotions and seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or leadership support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in supervisory or team-lead roles (preferred).

What You'll Do

• Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and meet store goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and task prioritization.
• Assist with scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage during business hours.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and store presentation to maintain operational standards.
• Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Train new and existing team members on store processes, product knowledge, and service expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and cash-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support promotions, seasonal initiatives, and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a leadership support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a team.
