Job summary

TMW Merchants LLC is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in San Antonio, Texas, to greet customers and assist with in-store experiences. You will help with merchandising, stock counts, fitting room maintenance, and ensure smooth checkout at the point of sale.

The role requires physical stamina to stand/walk most of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to climb a ladder to reach merchandise. We value reliability and teamwork in a diverse workplace.

Responsibilities

• Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post-sale contact.

• Monitor and maintain the fitting room areas including returning merchandise to the sales floor.
• Handle stand operating procedures for customer purchases, exchanges, store credits and returns at the point of sale in the store.
