Job summary

TMW Merchants LLC is seeking individuals who can build strong customer relationships from the greeting to post-sale. Responsibilities include assisting with visually merchandising, conducting merchandise stock counts and monitoring fitting room areas.

Individuals must be able to stand and walk during shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and have the ability to distinguish fabric patterns and colors. The company promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment.

• Build a relationship with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
• Assist with visually merchandising and conducting merchandise stock counts.
• Handle point of sale procedures for purchases, exchanges, and returns.

Job description

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
