Job summary

Kate Spade New York is hiring in-store team members to manage deliveries, stock, and merchandising with a focus on customer service and presenting engaging selling floors. You will assist with floor moves, pricing adjustments, and maintaining a clean, organized environment for a premium retail experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience demonstrating customer service skills.
• Ability to engage customers and communicate clearly.
• Comfort with fast-paced store environments and omni/virtual selling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly.
• Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor.
• Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
• Support floor moves and ensure selling floor is stocked throughout the day.
• Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across selling floor, stockroom, and warehouse.
• Audit compliance and work toward shrinkage goals.
