Kate Spade New York is seeking a personable Retail Associate to greet guests, advise on styling, and guide purchases with confidence. You will showcase product knowledge, create complete looks, and ensure a seamless checkout while reinforcing loyal customer relationships.

You’ll work with a fast-paced team, contribute to stockroom organization and POS transactions, and stay current on brand attributes across categories. English proficiency is preferred; local language skills may apply.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
