Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights & weekends.
• Extensive standing and walking; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle shifts.
• Willingness to maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine needs; suggest merchandise and styling.
• Achieve personal sales goals; upsell/cross-sell to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales targets and uphold store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge of items including features, benefits and pricing.
