Job Description

1. Maximize profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information
2. Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized
3. Ensure that the Store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales
4. Ensure that all fixtures are always replenished
5. Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further
6. Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
7. Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision and Values

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?

1. Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
2. Delivery of Employee training, facilitating meetings, and delivering feedback
3. Ability to use voice amplifiers, headsets, earpieces, and/or microphones
4. Ability to drive top line sales through effective floor leadership and people development
5. Execute effective floor leadership
6. Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
7. Point of sale automated systems
8. Ensure stores goals are achieved through smart actions and strategic planning
9. Elevate the guest experience through merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
10. Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
11. Ability to perform traffic counting duties that occur outside of the store
12. Must provide availability to work up to 20 hours per week (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 20 hours, but 20 hours of availability must be given)

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.07 to $23.07 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
