Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader and be a role model by providing a memorable brand experience for our customers. This position involves training team members to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin data.
  2. Assist in effective space management techniques.
  3. Maintain store graphics system, including pricing, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  4. Ensure fixtures are always replenished.
  5. Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Train Sales Associates in visual merchandising per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
  7. Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership and/or management experience in retail.
  • Experience in employee training.
  • Cash handling and sales auditing skills.
  • Proficiency with point of sale systems.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and merchandise maintenance.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 30 lbs, and perform related physical activities.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.

The hourly wage ranges from $21.45 to $22.85, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and other factors. Compensation details, including benefits, will be shared upon offer finalization.
