Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a full-time Team Leader for LEGO Brand Retail at Annapolis Mall, MD. You will train the team to exceed standards in customer service, product knowledge, and sales while leading daily store operations.

Responsibilities include optimizing sales, space planning, maintaining pricing and visual displays, replenishing fixtures, and coaching staff to reflect LEGO Brand values. Must be able to work 40 hours weekly and lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized
  • Ensure that the store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales

  • Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further

  • Physical specifications Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.79 - $24.19 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader in ANNAPOLIS MALL in Annapolis, MD and be a role model as you provide a brand experience for our customers. This full-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.50 to $24.90 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
