The LEGO Group in Jackson, Mississippi is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to assist the ASM and SM in scheduling, supervise Sales Associates on shift, and ensure policies are followed. You will help complete orders for store supplies, ensure money handling procedures are followed, and keep a well-organized stockroom with merchandise presented on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes adherence to LEGO policies, loss prevention targets, and delivering strong customer experiences in a retail

Formación

Job Description

• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets
• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
• Ensures a well-organized stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved
• Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $20.70 - $23.90 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
