Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to join our Men's Wearhouse division. You will assist customers, tailor garments, and ensure perfect fits while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll work with a team to mark, alter, and press clothing, respond to customer requests with care, and help maintain a clean, organized tailoring area. Training and strong communication are valued as you contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training preferred.
• Experience as a menswear tailor highly preferred.
• Good technical skill in tailoring.
• Knowledge of various sewing equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in alterations of men’s tailored clothing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the selling process by greeting, interacting with, and responding to customers regarding any special requests.
• Use extensive knowledge of alterations and passion for providing excellent service to mark, alter, and press garments.
• Ensure the proper fit of garments.
• Answer customer questions.
• Mark garments for tailoring.

RETAIL STORE TAILOR-ALTERATIONS

Provide positive input and valuable assistance throughout the entire customer experience to ensure that each guest is satisfied and receives a final product that is customized to look attractive, fit well, and feel just right.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
