Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy.
• Partner with store manager on coaching and training; participate in training for new hires.
• Efficient handling of cash and merchandise operations; floor set, markdowns and replenishment.
• Supervise store team in the absence of management; ensure policy compliance.
