Stores are open from 10am to 8pm Mon - Sat, 11am to 6pm on Sunday.

Purpose or General Objective: To assist the store manager in operating a retail store within a given budget while meeting both production plan and monthly sales goals.

Job Duties:
- Support and work cooperatively as a team with retail and upper management, as well as all other departments within GICMH.
- Serve as a positive, productive role model to employees, participants, and customers.
- Maintain appropriate and professional verbal communication, appearance, and actions.
- Comply with and enforce all agency policies and procedures.
- Provide high-level customer service.
- Assist store management in meeting or exceeding monthly production plans, ensuring all quality and quantity standards are met.
- Assist in completing staff work schedules, as directed.
- Review and respond professionally to customer complaints.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
