Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships using the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Assist customers with inquiries, locate items, complete purchases, and perform POS transactions.
• Promote store promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and merchandise new items according to guidelines.
• Train and coordinate assigned associates, manage breaks per policy.
• Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and associates.
• Handle daily damages and returns per established procedures.
