Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $15.75/hr

Role Overview

As a Retail Store Sales Associate, you will demonstrate exceptional teamwork, curiosity, and care to support Blick's commitment to customers, the Arts, and local communities. Responsibilities include maintaining outstanding customer service, product knowledge, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention, in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by combining sales skills and product knowledge to meet or exceed expectations.
• Complete and utilize programs like Blick Onboarding and Sales Training, Preferred Customer Program, and Special Orders.
• Maintain an energetic and positive attitude with customers.
• Assist with merchandise setup, visual standards, and store maintenance as directed by management.
• Follow instructions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Report low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.

General Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Flexible availability, including day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
