Job summary

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division in Clinton, IA is seeking a Part‑time Retail Store Processor to sort, tag, price, and move donated merchandise, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

Shifts are 20 to 29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided with ongoing coaching from store leadership to build retail and customer service skills in a mission‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors
• Receive trucks and assist to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
