Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage and reviews time sheets.
• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers and addressing inquiries.
• Supervises sales, inventory receipt, cash handling, and customer services.
• Models sales techniques and advises on merchandise selections based on customer needs.
• Maintains a visually appealing store with housekeeping and merchandising standards.
• Trains associates on visual merchandising and store standards.
• Monitors performance, motivates staff, and provides coaching to achieve targets.
• Manages cash handling, price changes, and merchandise processing per policy.
• Oversees inventory receipt/dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Ensures store operations are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
