Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership experience required.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pets, or welding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
• Direct freight, backroom, and dock standards to align with process.
• Coach team members and support the Store Manager in planning and execution.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist activities and weekly checklists.
• Manage security processes and loss prevention practices.
• Apply A+ coaching to develop selling behaviors and accountability.
