You will supervise staff in the Manager's absence and help drive store profitability with strong product knowledge and service. The position requires 1-3 years in retail or customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits.
• Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure inventory awareness, profitability, and accurate reporting.
