The Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a retail team to bring the brand to life, embodying Arch Telecom’s Core Values. As a brand ambassador, the RSM creates energy around our products and services, thriving in a fast-paced environment focused on customer needs. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and passionately educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, guiding your team to excel in customer service and sales.
  • Assist customers in their shopping journey, both online and in-store.
  • Explore individual customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology.
  • Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals, managing all store functions.
  • Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding.
  • Complete training on store experience, systems, and processes.
  • Partner with cross-channel teams to optimize customer experience and generate leads.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Wireless sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full-time availability (45 hours/week)
