Mobilelink LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Green Bay, WI to oversee sales, service, and operations at the assigned location. You will lead a sales team, drive customer experience, and manage inventory and store standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, training on promotions, scheduling, complying with policies, and partnering with the District Manager to launch new products. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills with ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead the team with inspiring leadership to motivate performance.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Assist on the sales floor to coach and develop staff.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to back-office compliance and policies; respond promptly to communications.
• Ensure timely completion of required training within the store.
• Protect assets at all times.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events and community engagements.
