Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and manage duties per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to analyze reports and manage inventory, cash control, and counseling notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
