Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail footwear preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with assets and store responsibilities (selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling).
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence and act as manager on duty.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain quality customer service as per manuals and policies.
• Produce extraordinary customer service as per the customer service manual and promote merchandise.
