• Inventory Management: Monitor stock, restock efficiently, and organize the sales floor.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational issues and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
