Responsibilities

• Lead by example, helping customers continue their shopping journey across channels.

• Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals, managing all store functions.
• Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain store appearance and operational standards.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
• Complete training on systems, skills, and processes.
• Build relationships with employees and partners, owning the customer experience.
