Job Description

Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They embody the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their priority. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.

What you'll do in your role:

  • Lead by example, guiding your team to success.
  • Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all functions, including sales, inventory, and new initiatives.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond basic plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance and operations at a high standard.

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate:

  • Network coverage and speed in the customer’s neighborhood.
  • Plans and services that keep customers connected and satisfied.
  • Device and account troubleshooting and inspection.

Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes. Build partnerships with other channels to:

  • Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
  • Identify and pass on small business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships for collective success.
  • Provide a positive, engaging customer experience.
