We are looking for a Store Manager who will bring innovation, creativity and leadership to our team, with desire to help bring our fashion to the future while maintaining the integrity of our brand's past.

The Store Manager brings creativity and leadership to our team. It is necessary you have the desire to help bring our fashion to the future while maintaining the integrity of our brand's past. Reporting to the District Manager, the purpose of this position will be to direct and lead superior retail strategies and perform store operation functions to achieve financial growth and sustained brand equity.

About the Role:

  • Guide profitable sales and meet store financial plans through decisions and leading the store team to accomplish performance goals; Demonstrate through understanding of store goals, priorities and budgets in partnership with District Manager to align with company priorities and values
  • Work with the District Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, programs, and growth across all categories; communicate goals to the team, track store's performance to exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
  • Manage training process for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy and programs and other associate responsibilities.
  • Build all performance management tools to set expectations, coach and contribute to an environment that encourages engagement, retention and talent. Manage employee relation issues and give formal performance feedback
  • Manage mid-year and annual review process for store team.
  • Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath hierarchy, including members of store management
  • Create succession and development plans for continued growth of talent in the organization.
  • Comply with all Levi's Stores policy, procedure, and programs
  • Manage and hold others accountable for operational results in store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control
  • Achieve payroll plan through managing store schedules, monitoring labor costs and adapting to business conditions based on weekly and monthly sales; plan payroll/scheduling based on store traffic to ensure the store is staffed to assist customers
  • Guide floor changes, sales and promotional events and for maximum financial results. Ensure store visual standards follow visual merchandising direction, resulting in product presentation and housekeeping standards.
  • Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing facility
  • Ensure sound inventory management through an accurate receiving and sending merchandise process, completing all required paperwork and following all price change and ticketing procedures
  • Adopt and advocate for the new technology, policy or program rolled-out in store; communicate and train on how the new processes enables consumer experience, improves operations, and boosts store and company performance
  • Provide leadership and delegates responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed. Direct the store team in prioritizing responsibilities, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Communicate with the management team to align and help guide our strategy, create environment that encourages engagement and change management
  • Create a compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to other team members, supervising and providing coaching on sales training process to ensure exceptional service and sales
  • Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with District Manager on elevated consumer issues.
  • Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of building with partnership from the corporate office; communicate needs to ensure esthetic and safety requirements are met
  • Ensure required store tasks are completed by personally contributing and giving direction to other team members

The expected starting salary range for this role is$69,400- 86,800. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this role ranges from $58,600.00 - $97,600.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
