Job Summary: The Salon Director leads the team to deliver an exceptional client experience, manages daily operations, staffing, client satisfaction, and safety within the salon, and models company principles.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and coaching staff
• Handling client concerns and ensuring service quality
• Driving performance metrics and implementing company programs
• Maintaining salon cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Managing staffing and scheduling
• Using operational tools and financial reports to improve performance
• Conducting performance assessments and managing sales
• Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, including varying shifts

Qualifications:

• Management and/or sales experience required; college preferred but not mandatory
