About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead a team, inspire performance, and develop your staff while fostering positive customer relationships. You will support Spectrum’s mission to expand access to our services, including Internet, mobile, TV, and voice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead high-performing teams through coaching and best practices sharing.
  • Develop sales representatives to achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Ensure store success by maintaining excellent customer relationships and meeting operational metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and uphold the company’s positive image.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail.
  • Comfort with personal technology and intermediate knowledge of software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to support store hours and travel as needed.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Management experience of 1+ years.
  • Telecommunications/wireless experience of 1-3 years.
