As a Retail Store Manager, you are responsible for the ongoing activities related to the successful operation of a retail store.

Education and Experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • One or more years of leadership experience (preferred).
  • Two or more years of experience working in a retail environment (required).
  • Valid driver’s license (required certification/license).
Job Requirements

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Maintain store cleanliness.
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster a friendly environment.
  • Oversee store financials.
  • Collaborate with District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide ongoing training for team development.
