As the Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maximizing store profitability. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • One or more years of leadership experience (Preferred)
  • Two or more years of experience working in a retail environment (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license (Required Certifications/Licensures)
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide excellent customer service, fostering a friendly environment
  • Manage store financials
  • Collaborate with District Manager and other Managers to share best practices
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff; promote positive and inclusive work environment; provide ongoing training and development
