• Opens and closes the store as needed; ensures daily operations run smoothly.
• Monitors sales, inventory, and shrink to identify trends and control costs.
• Oversees stock replenishment and inventory accuracy with cycle counts.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage meet standards.
• Maintains cash handling integrity and store security practices.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and maintains a clean, safe, and organized store.
