Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-2 Regular to oversee daily retail store operations in Creve Coeur, MO. You will lead merchandising, product launches and sales efforts while delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding outreach events. This role includes coaching a team of retail sales consultants to achieve store goals.

You will be part of a training-focused environment with opportunities for leadership growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
• Manage merchandising and product launches and meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with products/services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Provide best-in-class training to set leadership success.
