AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in our Missouri location. You will oversee merchandising, product launches and sales objectives while coaching a team of retail sales consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations including merchandising and product launches.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
