AT&T in Fremont, CA is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a sales-driven team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage merchandising, coordinate product launches, and drive achievement of sales objectives while participating in outreach events and providing best-in-class training.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication and planning skills, with 3+ years in sales or customer experience in telecom or related industries

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
