Amtel Wireless is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Metro by T-Mobile retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance. You will model accountability, oversee store operations, and develop team capabilities to meet and exceed company standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, recruiting, and executing marketing efforts to drive traffic and revenue while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
