Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado Springs to support the Management Team across operations, team leadership, and customer service.

You will drive daily performance, mentor staff, and ensure effective inventory and merchandising practices to maximize store profitability. In this role you will oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store processes while promoting Skechers’ values and delivering a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience with coaching and motivation to achieve sales goals.
• Visual merchandising standards to ensure appealing displays and brand consistency.
• Strong inventory management and restocking processes.
• Operational oversight including scheduling, store procedures, and opening/closing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain Skechers' display standards and store layouts as a brand ambassador.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, organize floor for seamless shopping.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store systems; assist with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
