Skechers, a leading global footwear and lifestyle brand, seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Fort Collins, CO location. You will lead a vibrant team, manage inventory and store operations, and drive sales performance with a focus on exceptional customer service and brand standards.

In this role you’ll mentor staff, optimize visual displays, and ensure seamless daily operations while upholding Skechers’ values and delivers a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers’ high standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
