This role requires leadership, scheduling flexibility, and a focus on profitability. Two years of retail experience and a valid driver’s license are required; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years’ experience working in a retail environment (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting; valid vehicle insurance (Required)
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Managing employees and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring all hours of operation are covered and supported, including recruiting to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock; coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and providing excellent customer service, setting a friendly tone.
• In charge of store financials and collaborating with the District Manager to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
